Creating a beautiful living environment is the eternal pursuit of human beings. The construction industry should not be part of the problem, but part of the solution. Only by starting from system-wide innovation such as planning, design, construction, maintenance and use can we truly and effectively respond to various crises in human society and achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. After the keynote speech, Professor Ding Xiaoli, Institute of Land and Spatial Development, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Professor Zhang Limin, Deputy Dean of the Smart City Research Institute of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Dr. Guan Zheng, State Key Laboratory of Smart City Internet of Things at the University of Macau, Wu Wei, Founding Dean of the Graduate School of Public Administration of Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, Wu Dengguo, Deputy Dean of the Urban Construction Institute of PowerChina East China Survey, Design and Research Institute, Professor Li Fengyu, Deputy Dean of the Urban Design Innovation Institute of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, and Shi Xiaodong, Secretary of the Party Committee of Beijing Urban Planning and Design Institute, Professor Li Zao, Vice Chairman of the Education Branch of the Architectural Society of China and Vice President of Anhui Jianzhu University, Professor Shen Jinghua of Soochow University, Li Jianping, Chief Engineer of PowerChina Urban Planning and Design Research Institute, Professor Liu Songyu, Executive Vice Dean of the Future Underground Space Research Institute of Southeast University, Professor Ning Dezhi, Director of the State Key Laboratory of Coastal and Offshore Engineering of Dalian University of Technology, and other 20 experts and scholars focused on how to solve traffic congestion, increase traffic flow on a large scale, and completely solve parking problems.
